What it is
The dashboard is your command center. Every active project shows up in one organized list with status, cost vs. revenue, and live profit.
Why it matters
Instead of opening five tabs to figure out what needs your attention today, you see the whole operation at a glance — and you spot trouble before it gets expensive.
How to use it
- 1Sign in and land on the projects list.
- 2Scan status pills (Active, Near Budget, Over Budget, Closed).
- 3Tap any project row to drill into its full Job Snapshot.
- 4Use filters to focus on a single trade, crew, or client.
Key actions & buttons
- Status pill — at-a-glance project health
- Cost / Revenue line — money in vs. money out
- Profit color — emerald (healthy), yellow (tight), red (at risk)
- + New Project button — top right of the list
Best practices
- Open the dashboard first thing every morning.
- Triage red and yellow projects before starting new work.
